Falling

At first, like a leaf from a gentle giant of
A tree, you fall, drifting, swaying and bouncing
With the breeze, not knowing where destiny will
Take you. The birds flapping of wings sweep you
Even further, until you’re so far gone that you’re lost.

Yet you don’t mind, the floating sensation is lovely
And you can almost see the eternity that’s waiting.
Oh, an entire eternity, falling soon over and peace
Just begun.
