Laugh at Love

If sometimes I refuse
To let you go,
When the nights are long
And the dawns stretch on
I’ll keep holding on.

If at times I dream
Of you, when I long for you
To be by my side,
Then I’ll wake with longing
And I’ll still pine.

Laugh at Love with me,
For it is utterly foolish.
