Blind

Oh my God,
Are you SO blind?
I couldn’t give a damn!
You ask much of me
And give very little care,
Yet I am expected to deliver
The sun, the moon and stars.
You expect to have me kneeling
At your feet begging for your time.

No! Never again.
I don’t need you anymore.
Soon you’ll be alone
And I’m sorry for that,
But we must all reap what we sew.
And I’m afraid you’ve sewn
Nothing but folly and hatred.
How blind you’ve been.
